Ginger Milk Tea is a staple of traditional coffee shops in Singapore, a mix of Black Tea, Ginger and Condensed milk is poured from cup to cup to give it a frothy texture. We have created a spicy version of this classic beverage with Ginger Tea Ice Cream loaded with Spicy Black Pepper Candied Ginger. A super refreshing treat!

He's seen laying seductively on the top of a coffee shop table, where Teh Halia is commonly served! In Singapore, tissue packets are used to chope (ch-owp, reserve or secure) tables and seats at hawker centres or coffee shops. It's an age old tradition, I thought it'd only be right to include one.
