We do our very best to screen each address to ensure it is valid. However, we cannot always guarantee that every address is checked for accuracy. We must rely on our customers to ensure they enter the correct address at the time of order placement.
Once an order is placed, we do not modify the address unless instructed by our customers.
If you enter an address that is incorrect, and do not notify us before your order ships, we cannot assume for mis-delivery of your order.
Please be sure to check your address before submitting your order and after receiving your order confirmation and contact us immediately if you have an issue.
It is possible a product you order may arrive damaged, due to mishandling by our shipment carriers.
In the event this happens, please contact us with a description and pictures of the damage. We will then determine the best course of action, including filing a claim or providing you with a refund or store credit.
PLEASE NOTE, we cannot send replacement products at this time.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
In cases where you receive the wrong product, we can ONLY provide a store credit towards your next order, which will be 10% higher than the price you paid for the product you should have received, to be used on your next order.
If you are missing an item in your order, please contact us immediately with the item(s) that are missing in your order. We will give you an option to either refund these items or receive a store credit to be used on your next order.
Please know, unfortunately with cold ship items, it is not economically feasible nor environmentally conscious to re-ship your items. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges.
We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences / dislike issues. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
If you ever receive an item that is damaged or unusable due to shipping problems, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist.
