Salted Egg Yolk has become one of the favorite flavors of Singapore. Its rich umami profile lends itself to potato chips and sauces, but it is especially well suited for making custard and ice cream. Sweet corn is a traditional ingredient in Singaporean desserts and this rich corn ice cream is loaded with corn, caramel and salted egg yolk.
Moo: The design features a classic Singaporean bus and bus stop, and is largely inspired by our kanchiong (kahn-chi-ong, hasty or urgent) attitudes. On the pint, Eddie has missed the bus and is very salty about it– an experience Singaporeans are all too familiar with. The rim of the lid was made to resemble corn cobs.
