The Umami from the smoked salmon and the cool flavors from the Boursin garlic cheese make this a perfect balance of yin and yang. We are using cold smoked Atlantic nova salmon from our friends at Acme smoked fish. The smoked salmon is very mild and does not overpower the dumpling. We pair this with our housemade Yogurt dill sauce for dipping. I like to call this the perfect breakfast or brunch dumpling!
