Fresh from the farm Eggplant, Yellow and Green Zucchini, Carrots, Broccoli, Asparagus, Peppers, and Sweet Onions marinated and grilled to a fiery sear. We then toss them in a white Balsamic reduction of Garlic, Lemon, Fresh Herbs, and spices to give this dish all the love it deserves.  It is the perfect side dish to a perfect fish or seafood selection.
