New England Haddock Fillet, Wild Caught, Fresh

Haddock is the fish lovers fish - we love this fish because it is the ultimate white flakey fish.  All throughout New England, this is used for Fish and Chips and great fish stews!  We like this fish so much because it holds up great in so many cooking applications and has a fantastic clean taste.  Cod is great and all but Haddock is the unsung hero that needs more attention. Give it a go - 

It comes from the mid-Atlantic fish grounds and we purchase ours from our fishing partners in New Bedford, Massachusetts, said to be one of the best fishing ports in the USA.  We are able to receive this fish on a daily basis which keeps the catch at peak freshness.
