Smelts | Peruvian Smelts | Whole Smelts

 Peruvian Rock Harbor Smelts are super high-quality smelts that are another one of our "FAS" frozen at sea products. We do not do this often but when something is really good and comes from far away we get behind the product.  Smelts are also a fairly perishable product so we thought this would be a good way to handle the product as well.  They come from Paita, Peru where the water is clean, deep, and extremely cold from the mountain runoff. 

Each Smelt is 3-5 inches long and comes head off and gutted. These are perfect for frying and putting into your favorite Frito Misto.
