This one is unexpected, but these flavors are uniquely familiar.  Think burnt ends of a really rich brownie.  We take slices of eggplant and coat them in Grove and Vine olive oil and then submerge them in dark chocolate and bake it all together low and slow.  That gooey mix is then added to our dark chocolate ice cream and frozen into a rich decadent mousse like chocolate ice cream.
