Our selection of wagyu comes from Kagoshima Prefecture, the winner of the last Wagyu Olympics!

These pieces of 100% Authentic A5 Japanese Wagyu come from the tenderloin that was cut to make our 8oz Filet Mignon steaks. Pieces are cut to about a 1 inch diameter and are great for skewers, stews, brochettes!
